Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are based on weight so when items are added to the shopping cart Hello Froggy calculates how much the cart weighs in total and in turn how much it will cost to deliver. Minimum delivery charge is currently only £1.95 and maximum is £6.95.

Standard delivery
We will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by courier, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

This service should take between 2 to 5 working days.

Re-delivery
If you know you will be out, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received, as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.

Dispatch
If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order we will let you know as soon as possible. If any item on your order is unfortunately out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible with an estimated time to delivery. We will then dispatch all the other items on your order and the out of stock item when it arrives. (We won’t charge for the 2 deliveries, your original delivery charge will still apply).
